Match Report Press Report

Hove Fitness & Squash II Beat Dolphin I in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 18 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Sam Hanbury, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 96 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Sam Hanbury.

With 3 strings going the distance, the match turned out to be a hard-fought battle.

If the Home No. 4 player, Joe Mack, had not had to withdraw after 3 game(s) the result could have been closer.
